'L's Difficult Successors' is a short Death Note doujin mini game made by Akane.

 

 

Warnings: R-15 / Shota / Out of character contents.

Pairings: Mello x Near (main). Bits of LMN.

 

PREMISE

The player controls L. The goal is to convince Mello and Near to be intimate with each other before Watari comes back to the room. Their level of intimacy will be displayed in the shape of empty hearts (initially), that will be eventually filled as their attraction for each other raises. The more you manage to make Mello and Near attracted to each other, the further they will accept to go.

 

 

Characters

L: The character the player controls. L is the detective Mello and Near strive to be like someday. His choices will determine the outcome.

 

Mello: A 14 years old boy, very stubborn and with an obvious inferiority complex, claims to hate Near. Mello seems to feel attraction for L.

 

Near: Just turned 13. Quiet and cold headed, he doesn't seem to share Mello's one sided rivalry. Near also adores L in his own quiet way.

 

Watari: He always makes sure that L has his favourite sweets. Watari might not approve of L's plans for his successors, be careful.

 

HOW TO PLAY

Just extract the files from the .rar into any folder (if you don't, you won't be able to save game), then click the .exe file and the game will automatically start.

During the game, L will be given many choices about how to proceed. Your choices will determine the outcome.

 

Endings

There are many random ways to end the game, but in the end you will be given the result of how your actions impacted the relationship between Mello and Near. There are three levels of intimacy: "Rivals", "Secret Crush", and "Secret Lovers". Please do your best to make Mello and Near like each other!
